the warranty covers the material, not the freight or labour (in the case or R&R) so I guess its a 'loophole' in the system. intended to reduce on claims maybe? :thumb

In a situation like this, our company is not required to pay the freight! And it's :rollin that you should have to Devil. The film should have been in good shape in the 1st place.
