Global window film vs Llumar

Have you used any global? If you can shrink it on even a semi tough back glass then it may work out for you. I've heard ppl having it fading in less than a year but so far the little bit I've used still looks as good as the day I put it on. If I could shrink it like auto films are supposed to shrink then I would definately use it more, but until then :beer I would have to go with llumar, that is if I used llumar :thumb .

Both make good products, both make bad products.

Some like how one works, others hate it.

Global produces and assembles 100% of their product.

CPFilms produces and assembles everything except the polyester.

Both have top notch clarity.

One holds about 50% of the market share, the other a much smaller portion.

One has a long standing reputation of quality in the eyes of many consumers. The other I've been asked about once by name. Most consumers give me a blank stare when I say any name other than 3M anyhow though.
