The #1 best reason to keep it legal, from an installers point of view, is that darker film allows You to see even the tiniest pieces of airborne dust. Think about it. Dark film does not allow You to see past the inner surface of the glass, so any tiny airborne dust particles are readily visible. A light film allows You to see into the car, thus Your eye is not looking "at" the tint, it's looking "through" it.

I guess it all depends......If You want QUALITY installs, You need a quality Tinter. And 12 bux an hour equals out to $480.00 a week. No thank You very much.

I think I'm on snappys side here...that has got to be one of the flattest back glass's out there...no way tint would bust that back window out. I work for ed Morse Caddy here in Tampa...maybe I'll meander over tomorrow, and see's what I can find out for Ya.
