Sorry I won't be on here as much..not cause I don't want too, but because my old comp finally bit th dust a couple of days ago, so I'm waiting to get another one built for me in a couple of weeks.Guess I'll go through withdrawl!! I'll hopefully get access to a comp a few times till then...didn't want T.D. and the gang thinking I wasn't comin' on to share and shoot the . At least when my new one is up and running, I'll be able to share some Pics...this comp at least will have a USB port !

I second that HWT, I have never had any problem with laminatied glass.  Done a few windshields in my day and never had a problem.  Just go easy with the heat...

I can't answer the firstpart of your question, but as for the second part, you have to put in a bit of time B4 you can lose the beanie..a 100 posts to be exact..
