  1. I'm going to take a guess that it's the top of the window ...and it's happening in wintertime (noticed your in Michigan) . The rubber freezes right to the newly tinted window and it hasn't had a chance to bond yet.

Try heating the perimeter of the framless window with heater gun to give it a good "head start " in the curing process.

Also a bit of rubber protectant (pick your brand) and rub some on the rubber will help in the rubber freezing to the tint . Hope this helps one of the 2 :lol2

  2. You guessed corectly...It starts thecar..but it bybasses the ignition.

I'll answer your question by means of an example (this is how mine works anyways):

You push your remote..it starts, a theif smashes your window on your locked car as it's running, he jumps it, pushes the brake or engagesanything..the car just quits as if it was never started. :hmmm

  3. are why I keep my azz out of the general section.  :lol

and also why I'm about at the end of my shelf life for tinting.

    Do you always call...

A plumber to replace a faucet washer?....

An electrician to replace a blown fuse?....

A carpenter to nail down a threshold?....

A mechanic to replace your windshield wipers?...

That movie is a classic...rated 4 stars , but you have to keep in mind that with suspense and terror 30 yrs ago ..you didn't have to do as much as a filmmaker :lol

Like Exorsist for instance...people were throwing up in the movie theatres when released.

movies are far more graphic now that don't even raise an eyebrow.

We as a society are getting ammune to what we see ..because we see so much of it.
