  2. Hey so I was curious to how other people servicing dealerships deal with the logistics of the appointments. Do you deal with Sales/Service/Finance? Does one contact person that has keys? Do you allow customers to wait? How do you reprimand a dealer for wasting time? I know they are all different, but just curious to see if anyone out there has a system that seems to be working well...

  3. Eh. We have our issues too. We use the pattern manager pretty well though. You can make a note on the pattern if something doesnt cut well, and next time someome opens that car it will have the note from the last installer, "front doors way too freaking big, hand cut them and save yourself the time and energy" - usually looks somtheing like that haha. They do offer a support/pattern fix as well, I'm sure they need to rely on our mistakes in order to learn and adjust. No feedback=no fix

  4. Did a 2010 750 this morning...sticker was 100k. What I should have done was read the forum about this one first, because it kicked my ass. It took me about 3 hours to complete...which is rare, but it came out good. I had no idea about the chrome trim, didnt have my tape and only a side swiper for that back glass, totally unprepared.
