did you cut a line on the defroster? I was told it was becuase we cut a line on the defroster and then days later he put the def on And BOOM.Did you pay for the window

no I didnt cut the defroster, cut that shizz on the outside like a pro, at least for the jeep I did. the bronco, I just cranked it out if the tailgate and had it supported.

heard a small TINK , then ka-boom. Life sucks , what can I say.

funny how its always suv rear windows that I have managed to break.

1 bronco, 1 jeep. both had defrosters and neither were turned on when they broke.

I once broke the hatch glass on my S10 Blazer back in 84 by tightening the hinge bolts too tight when putting the glass back in.

notes??? Uhhh, I paid for the glass and installation. Just pass the bill onto the next customer . remember, you are in business to make $$$$, not friends.

If you make a few friends along the way, fine , just dont take your eye off the prize

I broke a back glass og a Jeep years ago, tightened the bolts too tight.

Luckily I was able to go to PPG and installed the glass myself.
