I own a '89 CRX and the handle is stripped to where I'm unable to rool down window. How do I remove the inside door panel? I can't seem to get past the window handle.

Sounds like the plastic teeth are stripped on th handle itself...if memory recalls..you won't have to take off the panel..you need a C -clip remover (under $5 at autostore) That's what holds the handle on.pull the clip out ...handle will pop off , replace handle .

If you still need the panel off you 'll need a plug puller as well and a philips screwdriver

Go to walmart, get JB weld, go to car, pull on handle til you hear a "SNAP", apply JB weld and hold handle on til it stays on by itself, wait 24 hours, roll down window.

:hmmm

I can't help but laugh ...the solution of breaking it and glueing it back together sounds like a HACK solution. :hmmm

Ya, it's kinda ironic, to break something only to have the intentions of immediately fixing it. Works though.

:hmmm
