Hey Low Er,

I am a VISTA dealer in Austin, TX. VISTA is basically the cadillac of LLumar. I do know that VISTA manufacturer's several Low E films. Their website is www.vista-films.com. From this site you will be able to locate a distributor in your area. Be cautious of the V Kool films, they will oxidize if the edges are not sealed. These films (V Kool) use a pressure sensitive adhesive. I prefer to work with the CDF (Clear Distortion Free) adhesive of the CPFilms line (Llumar and VISTA). The VISTA "Ambience" is a great low E film, High TSER and excellent VLT. Good Luck!
