when I have to strip a film minutes after install on a car windows, when removing, it leaves glue all over, its hard as hell.

try a product call shift-it made by kenco. spray it on leave for 5 .do this 2-3 times then the glue will just hose straight off down the door and out the drain holes. no blades or hard work. with some old TINT the glue will completely disolve. this is a water based product which wont stain anything. I have tried the rest and this is the best stuff ever, I love it

I found the one time I used film-on to tint my own car the tint stuck a lot harder then usual.

But that's because I've retinted my Aspire about 4 times and my crown vic about 5 times.

So far, Hanita is the easiest film to strip I've found. The rest were about the same (except when I used film-on instead of baby shampoo).

But I will no longer retint my own cars. I'm currently have a suntek infinity vs 3M Color stable life comparsion test going on.....and I'm too lazy to ever redo my cars ever again.

have you tried this product instead of amonia to bag a rear window and did it work?
