Newer vinyl windows, sealed unit. Normal low-e glass facing S/E.

The house is done with sunscape SL-280 That has 42% TSE absorbed. Would that shading worry you?

F2G Chart would be about a 9, plus altitude +2, "V" shaped shadow +3= 14. If it is heat strengthen or tempered, you are fine. Annealed has to be 10 or less.

Would I go for it? If there was a whole house full of other windows, yes. If that was the only window, no.

Vc, that was taken today in a town called Summerland. Normally it is a desert and rarely gats any snow, but they got an inch this morning.

This was one of two glass breakage claims that happened this year. Its not realley at a high altitude, but it is considered a dessert region. Cold nights, with bright, hot mornings. The glass cracked right where the point would be... Oh, and it was covered by warranty :thumb

BTW, Why are you on the comp? Heard it was dumping there this week :thumb
