Large windows, no overlap available with thick dense rubber seals that are equal thickness and height on both interior and exterior. I need to bid 15% or 20%. Any tips on making this install look good without the overlap?

Whats the best cutting method? What are the best tools for the rounded corners on the windows? The job is sold, and its for a dealer, I just want to make sure it looks good and I make money because these windows are BIG.

Thanks for the help!

those are some big azzz windows, I usually cut em on the inside.

If you want to and have a very steady hand, cut a little channel in the rubber, like a 1/4 glass and california roll it when you install it.

P.S. I'm not Bueller, I'm Beavis :lol2:lol2:lol2:lol2

1/4 window = small triangle window on back doors of cars if they are rubber set do you trim a little bit of it out?

california roll = reverse roll, do you do any flatglass?

I typically do not trim the 1/4 windows although I may start after your advice. To be honest I do very few cars but its difficult to turn the money away so I find myself doing more and more . Gotcha on the California roll, but I call it the Meeeecheeegan roll up in this piece.
