More than likely what you need to do is release the U shaped clip that is behind the crank.

You can do this by prying between the handle and the panel to gain access to the clip and use a pick to pop it loose.

Another way to get it off is to take a rag and wedge it inbetween the crank and panel and see saw the rag back and forth and it will grab the clip and pop it loose.

Also you can go down to autozone or the like and get tool that is made for taking door panel clips off. It will work to pop the u shaped clip off also.

If you dont see that it may have a hidden cover on the handle itself. see if you can find that and there may be a srerew hidden behind the hidden panel.

more than likelt its going to be the first scenario I talked about.

my boy got one and we cant get the the window crank off

It has a clip, but is extremely hard to find and get off. I had one last week and it took me 10 mins on one door to get it off. Use a rag as MDog said. It works better than the clip remover. Good luck :beer
