70% looks clear until you put it onto a surface that is backed by something white then you can see a big difference between clear and 70%vlt. 78% on up and your eye no longer can see the tint in the film. But even 78% film would be illegal if applied on the windshield according to the law.

:lol2 I admit I have used 3M film lately... :angel Deco Farsara Film that is. :angel

Fasara don't count V, thats not thier product either! I think it's made in thier San Diego plant where they make "thier own" S&S films!!!! (Or in Taiwan!) :dunno
