it doesn't tack up quite as much as I would like with alcohol but it's not bad. but I have to admit the stuff is extrememly clear. in the second pic you can see the line on hood and see the reflection of the light above. no difference, no orange peel appearance at all. very nice lookin' stuff.

I did the hood, bumper, quarter panels.

Llumar has a"lifetime" warranty on their PPF. It is extremley clear, great elasticity but I think that it is pretty thin to have a top coat on it, but with a lifetime warranty it almost has to doesn't it?

they got rid of the cap sheet and changed the release liner from clear to a more 'plotter-friendly' frosted liner.

by hardcoat do you mean clear coat? if so then I don't think it does.

this is the newest stuff I used here. it's a 6mil film with 2mils of adhesive. so 8 mil thickness. great stuff like I said, it could just use a hair more tack with alcohol. I want it to lay down immediately after one squeegee with alcohol, and it doesn't always do that.
