Hey guyz does anyone use a light to help cut the back glass? If so what and where...

I use an old cfl lampshade with a good set of housing. I just replaced the cord with a longer one. cheap and it does the job well. you don't have to spend to much on lighting. simple old household junk can be recycled.

I use a LED cordless, that I picked up for under 20 bucks. I don't like the cords, too bad there isn't a cordless heat gun

I use a white drop cloth over the rear deck, kill 2 birds w/1 stone.

I use a 150 halogen lamp I find this lights up the whole back glass especially when your cutting 20% or limo the bulb was 500w I think and I changed down to 150w its plenty plus the 500 heated up a bit

I use a L.E.D. cordless from Carquest Auto Parts.

Its a 90 bulb led and works perfect for anyjob. Quite pricy @ around $55.00 but worth every penny.

I've also use the china white grease pencils to mark 1/8" pass the boarder on the bottom . Make it real easy to cut the pattern afterwards no climbing in and out. Dosn't work with limo.
