So, about three months ago, I tinted a CC. Customer get's a ticket. Total VLT on rear doors metered at 14%, well within Florida law. Provide the customer with the list of states with Florida's legal limits clearly on it, and a copy of the Florida Statute with the variance subsection.

Customer goes to court, and the judge won't even look at the papers saying He "knows the law" but He wants a letter from My dealership stating that We dont install illegal film. :beer

My point is, it didnt meter illegal.....so doesnt that answer His own question? And the fact that the customer was there with all the neccessary paperwork to get the ticket dismissed....but they didnt do that. I'm truly amazed. Any thoughts? :beer

I got the point just wanted to make sure it was clear, That being said a letter from the dealership, you, me or Jesus Christ wouldn't have done any good...Maybe the judge didn't :beer last night :beer
