I get a call this morning and say hello. No answer, but I hear something in the background.

Thinking it's a customer; but he's talking with something that just walked in, I hold on. Again, I say, "Hello, hello" and nothing. I listen closer and hear a conversation from person #3 about going into a bar and meeting a married lady with her husband there. Way too much information for me. Then, the phone owner (no names mentioned here, but he's on TD) says "And welcome to Oregon!" to the one telling him the bar story.

I could have listened more, but got disgusted with the conversation when I realized I just got a "butt" call from the mobile phone. I think he sat down on his mobile & I was lucky enough to get the phone call.

Moral of the story, be careful what you're talking about. Big brother might be listening via "butt calls."

Man I'm taking you off speed dial if you can't take the juicy stories! :thumb Just checked my phone and IT called you at 927 but history said your call went for 10 minutes so at 18.50 a minute for Oregon Kinky Stories.com you are in big time on your CCard. I'm deducting the first 2 minutes cause it did start here. Students have the craziest things happen to them! He figured he was going to be in trouble :bingo Ron Jeromy just opened a "club" here. I think he just about got recruited! Welcome To Oregon :thumb

oh man, my credit card just got maxed out on the 1-900 kinkystory line, how do I get a refund? Now people are going to think I'm some type of phone voyeur.

      TintX Puremax and Koolmax

      All Right cool. I've been practicing with an inexpensive tint I found on amazon. Its called Rockrose. I'm just about ready to make some cards to pass around to get clientele. I've been debating if I should start with Puremax cuz its a lot cheaper or Geoshield cuz of the great quality I've heard of. I'll probably go with Geoshield so I can make it easy on myself and make sure I do great quality work for my customers. Are you already doing doing jobs for customers? If so, did you stop using the Puremax and now only use Geoshield?

      Heavy Ghosting - Geoshield "Geo" Line

      Ghosting week require a smoother, more even and spread out shrink. Look at my old "ryk shrink" using 2 heart guns with an over/under setup. That would be my suggestion.

      Heavy Ghosting - Geoshield "Geo" Line

      Hey all, I am not a pro tinter but more or less just someone who likes to experiment / DIY. Wanted to ask if there was anyone here who has used the Geoshield "Geo" line for automotive purposes? I really like the color, but I get really bad ghosting for anything that requires decent shrinking. The film is specced as architectural, but has a PS adhesive so some use it in auto applications. I sent an email to see if that is the reason why it's for flat glass .. lol This is a sputtered TiN film and has a beautiful color imho. This reminds me of Huper Optik, and not quite sure but I think Johnson had a line called "InsulatIR" that I could never get my hands on to try. The film has a slightly purplish reflection (TiN I guess), when put on green auto glass, filters out and looks super neutral. ❤️ I've had it on my auto for a while but my rear window is a mess when the sun hits it (ghosting) and was curious if this is just not suitable for auto Any info would be appreciated. Skill issue, ie: shrink with lower heat? lol Thanks.

      chameleon window tint good quality

      If you don't mind trying to source some, there is a large Japanese manufacturer that makes a bunch of dichroic - looking films. It might be your style, but it would be hard to get your hands on some. https://www.braintec.co.jp/filmlab/ I believe some of the films do have decent heat-rejection, but because of the nature of the films, looking through them can be really funky. They are well-known in Japan and would likely be of decent quality. Also, very expensive. Depending on where you are, shipping would also be $$$.

      TintX Puremax and Koolmax

      I feel the difference in quality with geoshield. Not only is it easier to peel the liner off but shrinking feels better and I think the material feels slightly thicker(helps with not creasing) Only downside that the price noticeably different. For mainly everything Its atleast another 100 on top of for example stuff from tints Lexen. I haven’t tried solarfree either.

      Automotive Tint Comparison

      At least twice, yes. Although since we don't know what vehicle it is you're planning to tint, that was a bit presumptuous of me.
