1 side visibility

Got 2 rooms equals lighted... with glass between them(managers(workplace) | workers(warehouse)).

My workers have already tinted it with silver 20%. But there is mirror effect on each side.

Customer wants 1 side visibility (managers -> workers).

more light on the outside. Take out a couple of the flourescent bulbs out of the managers side(after he gets used to it he won't notice) and put either a couple more fixtures right next to the window on the shop side, or install a small tracklight aiming at the window.

Before worrying about changing the lighting, cover the "viewing side" with a Dyed Auto Film -35 or 20%.

Also make sure you put the mirror film on the side you want no visibility. That helps sometimes but you need to add a dark non reflective film on the opposite side or use JWF sv10 or mg10.
