I would try reverse rolling. To see how it works, get a piece of scrap film and reverse roll it. Thats the only way I understood it.

I've found using a little packing tape to cover the rear deck and even the trailing edges of the roof liner can do wonders. 25 cents of insurance can go a long way. Plus the tape is self cleaning as it rolls out, so you know it's safe even if the adhesive side of your film touches it. Plus it keeps excess mounting solution from dripping thru the speaker grills.

ive been doing the ttc fold and its been working good for me lot less contamination for me.

I prefer the "frankie" all day long and I have short arms,, hell for that matter I'm a little guy .......

I can literally carry the film inside the car and then get up underneath it insert it to the rear glass area without any problems .,.,

Same here, but Ive got long arms. I can get into any car, and Im not a little guy.

I know how to do a reverse roll but I like the ttc fold better cuz I can get the film into the vehicle and unfold it and lay it on the rear deack and give the glass and film one last spray to hlep me position the film better. ive only used the rr on large flat glass.
