I will give those a try, my static issues were more on the front of the cutter, I know I have a lot to learn about making this efficient. The blade holder idea is great, I was actually looking for somewhere to buy the 25* blades that it comes with and a new cut strip, maybe I can just buy it all, any suggesztion on a good place to buy them. I see a lot of 45* and 60* blades but not the 25*

That is what the precision cut guys gave me and what he was recommending on the phone? I did see here that people were using the 45* but wasn't sure about deviating too far form the setup they gave me.

I'm running Marathon through the machine this morning and it's cutting beautifully, I would say it and charcool have been the 2 I have had the most luck with.

45* is the industry standard. We use it for ppf and tint. Digicut uses a 60 for ppf and 45 for tint
