if i consider heating and chizling i just rip it off. Nothing like dirt in your water bottle! i re-did a window 3 times the other day before checking my bottle (smack forehead) never make that mistake again!

maybe ,but property tax is real cheap compared to Florida, I own a house in Maryville, and two in Florida.
