I went at it the first time all dry. Bottom appears to lay down. I was skeptical. Ended up doing lots of pull method. Wasn't sure. Try to install jic. Fail. Called larry. He said bottom wet. Round 2 and he also said bottom don't need much and I switched to baby power too. Much more confident on the shrink. Top half intalled easy. Bottom half had a ring across the duckbill. Used my trusty clipboard with paper towel and worked it all down

when you question your dry shrink trim it and wet check ...

I did both times and neither were perfect. When I watch larrys vids he dosnt smooth at all. Just shrinks, leaves is wrinkled, and installs. I don't know how much is enough so I smooth and double check. I figured a few fingers would strech out and just had to halfway shrink 1 innside
