No screws, just pull the plastic back toward you from one end to the other. Grab the seal at the back end and pull it out toward the front. To get it back in, spray some slip in the channel and slide the front in and work your way back. It will probably make more sense when you see the panel.

F-150's are the same. :thumb

i like just pulling the whole panel as its so easy. Two screws on the bottom, two screws under the cover under the grab handle. pop off the mirror cover and lift up. Seriously a 30 second panel.
