I just did one of these as well. they are not as easy as the regular mini. they have framed windows and the side channels are recessed quite a bit.

Ive done a few of these lately. Panels yank back on the top like Beemers. You can also remove those damn trim panels at front of drivers doors and passenger doors once the panels are yanked back. Helps alot since they over hang so damn much.

I've got one in right now and I'm trying to peel the panel back at the top, but there is like NO give to it. Are there any screws or anything that need removed, or is there some sort of trick to getting this peeled back?

remove the grab handle trim cover.remove two torx screws.
