damn someone got their period late . i sometimes dont get this world. i dont think they meant any harm and i support a well earned buck, should they have gone and robbed a bank and killed maybe 10 people. maybe that would have made this person happier.

plus its pretty common sense that if one of them ends up on the ground, you can get a $500(or whatever it is by you) ticket for EACH flyer/card on the ground

I've heard some stores will call the culprit, and tell them to come out and clean up all their litter in their parking lot.
