Red turbo then white hard card the edges. No glue smearing here.

Blue max on the bg.

why not blue max on sides also? jw

I used to use the turbo for rollups. Its a little quicker to squeegee after you line up your film, but now im used to the blue max, so that how i do everything.

i think most worry to much about moisture left behind. i have been tinting for over 20 years now and cant remember my last redo. i use a black smoothie on the side glass and a washing squeegee on the back glass. (pushing instead of pulling). it leaves a fair amount of moisture, but it always dries. i think some peeps are over squeegeeing the film and stretching it to much. which causes the rear glass to have peanuts and not lay down perfect. spend less time on the windows and you will find you will come out with a better product. fussing with the tint usually makes it worse. sorry for any spelling errrrorssss.

i will tell you a quick story. i had a customer in the early 90s stop by the shop with a moisture bubble the size of a quarter. i was so busy and had no time i told her to give it a couple of weeks and it would dry. i knew dam well it wasnt going to dry but i needed some time. about a month later she still had not come back so i called her up. and she had told me it dried up and looked great and thanked me again. i thought she was joking. but she was not i ran into her about 3 mos later at a local store and to my surprize it did dry and looked great. so go figure. :whattodo
