PPF help!

I have a customer who has PPF on the front of his 350z and wants it off! I don't do PPF, but to remove it i'm willing to try to get it off! So i wanted to ask what the best way of taking it off do you guys recommend? And what kind of cleaner would you use for the adhesive?

Use a heatgun to removed and go slow.

If start to break in pieces you are screwed,kkkkkk

You could try the3m adhesive remover, it works pretty good.

i don't use a heatgun...i dump really frickin' hot water all over the ppf to soften the glue up then pull slowly. and don't peel the film overtop of itself. pull up and back towards you.

if you have a steamer it will come right off. start with a corner and just keep putting the steam to it. a heat gun will melt it.

and make sure it's the original paint job on that thing. if it's been wrecked or just has been repainted it could get ugly. i'd think twice about it if that's the case.

also remember if any stones have hit the film its going to come off when you pull it . i would run, but make sure you let him know you that you are not responsible for any missing paint. cuz chances are good paint will come off when you pull it.
