I CAN FIND GOOD TINTER TO WORK FOR ME BUT I CANT EVER GET THEM TO SHOW UP ON TIME SOMETIMES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL

I wanted to get into a shop for a short time, but every shop I called was like,"If you can basically tint ANYTHING, we'll hire you. Most the tinters I talked to were kinda azzholes too. I actually had a guy freak out on me when I said I planned on opening a shop.

As i see it, I you get a hold of someone who can tint and is reliable. Theres a good chance they'll realize they can do it on their own or would rather not work for someone else.

my shop has had some crappy tinters over the last 2 years.

first tinter could cut patterns and shrink but everything had dirt in it. eventually he just stole our shop van and left.

second tinter just got frustrated one day and walked out.

third tinter stopped caring and everything he touched started to come back and he quit.

and now our last tinter is just not showing up but left all his tools.

i thought finding some decent people to work would be easy in this economy.

we have plenty of cars wanting to get tinted right now but not enough people!!

if there is anyone in the detroit area that can tint and is looking for a job let me know.

umm, dude, it's time to look in the mirror and ask if you would want to be treated the same way your employees are. you've had two get frustrated with the job and leave? ask yourself why.

I Have found out the best way to keep a good tinting. Relatively simple, you must pay them real good. I promise they will not go anywhere.
