The funniest part of all this is the fact that any dealer remains loyal to LuLu. Yes, their films are good quality (as are soooo many brands) but, there are many great quality lines out there at better pricing. For any manny to put out substantial price increases when the economy is struggling so is beyond comprehension. Raw materials have increased minimally, yet CP puts out decent sized increases to their dealers. Has anyone had the idea they are actually gouging?? Remember, they have been pulling distribution from their dealer/wholesaler network and bringing it all in house. This cost them no more that before, yet they still charged the same pricing to us, the installers, as their wholesalers did. But, THEY were not charging this price to the wholesalers. So, where was the savings to US when they did this?? It disappeared.

So, they pulled from their network of wholesalers, hurting those businesses, thereby, putting more profits directly into their pocket. Then, after making more per sq ft by cutting out the middleman (and not passing any on to us), they now tack on a price increase. Has anyone out there thought this through logically?? If you are still an exclusive LuLu dealer(or one at all), I would think not!!!

This is what happens when companies are more concerned about pleasing the stockholder over the customer.
