Yea OT, They told me that too. They said they did have trouble with fading in the begining but it is supposed to be better now. I guess time will tell. So far I really like the film and the service is the best I have ever had. I have called twice to try to get some samples of the new film llumar has and all I have gotten is a brochure. Not even a price sheet. They said they dont send out samples. So much for customer service. I would really like to check this film out but I cant get past the customer service part.

Thanks Redneck, I sure would take you up on that but I am on the east coast. Ky to be exact. Can you help me. Our distributor in this area doest know the meaning of customer service.

if you're looking at the new llumastar, it is awesome. talk to your distributor and tell them you really want some info. I didn't get any sample rolls either, they're probably having a hard enough time just keeping it on the shelves. according to everyone else here, it's expensive. there's not alot of difference between true grey and llumastar, about the same price. the 5% is a little higher, but not alot.

Nothing against you thetintshop but I dont care how good the film is if I cant get customer service then I dont want anything to do with it. Now if I can get it through another distributor then that would be different.

That is so true. Now a days, if you don't get good service, you will probably end up losing a customer. With so many film dealers out there, Suntek has definitely focused on one of the key ingredients to success. Let's all hope their films are as good as their service.
