it's a hard thing to prove when they bring you a dirty car and you clean it up after tinting and then they pull this on you, tinted a toy paseo on sat and the car was stripped of film previously and once the tint was on there you could see the orange defoster lines on some of it, the guy asked why and I told him that this car had tint that was stripped and that they scraped the defoster off so it won't work even had scratches on the inside of the glass. he took my word for it cause I had to scrape some glue and some purple tint off the bottom.

  South facing windows DR film
  
  Install went great. I went with NV-25, I am very happy. The room has been darkened significantly, from bright and hot to much more pleasant and enjoyable. Watching TV during the day is no longer blinding, when it is cloudy it is definitely a bit gloomy, I am glad I did not go with NV-15. I plan on getting more windows done in the future to help cut down on heat energy. Thanks for everyone's input!

  Captain Obvious has two cents err senses to share: 1) The film should be removed and replaced, because it appears to have adhesive blemishes that shouldn't be there, and 2) The film should be reviewed/inspected once taken from the roll to avoid losing time and resources due to manufacturing issues. Little pieces not so much, but back glass and windscreen pieces ... definitely.

  I switched so long ago... first to KDS but they went away. NT are great though. I use a piece of white strapping material as a cutting buffer between the blade and glass. Some use a button but I didn't like the feel..

  Headlight Taillight Vinyl question... (Looking for CHROME)
  
  I'm looking for a chrome/mirror wrap for headlights/taillights. No NEOchrome, just a mirror or chrome appearance. Looking to spice up a project. Looking for transparent so can see lights thru film. I have looked and can't find what fits the bill. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
