We only use our Ceramic Line 50% or 70% unless the customer asks otherwise. We generally do whatever % that they do on the windshield since 99% of our sunroof jobs are with windshields. It allows the customer to perfectly see out of it, but gives them maximum heat rejection.

  It is very strange... I've yet to have that problem myself. You do need to he more diligent in your water management to assure less water usage. If they're trying to hold you liable, refer them to your insurance. Your insurance will investigate and deem who has responsibility. If they deny it, your customer deals with the insurance and you're out of the liability.

  Most likely a film defect or end of roll. One of the many reasons I wouldn't use Xpel.

  TintX Puremax and Koolmax
  
  I’ve tried both pure max carbon and koolmax ceramic. So from what I’ve experienced the pure max is honestly very easy to work with and just feels right as the beginner I am. I’ve easily shrunken rear and front windshields as a beginner with the pure max so I know someonewith experience can easily work with it. However I’m not sure if just me but the koolmax ceramic has just been a headache thing to shrink on rear windows only. Heard the adhesive isn’t as good either especially by dot matrix’s which I encountered on a 2000 mustang. But yea I recommend the pure max line although I switched over to geoshield .
