polyfilm?

I have a customer requesting me to tint some pieces of Lexan. Does anyone make a film that would be of a 35 to 50 percent neutral shade?

Any advice you could give would be helpful.

_{Lexan (if it definately is Lexan)doesnt seem to outgas too badly, you could probably get away with anything pressure sensitive,with the usual disclaimer - no warranty etc., very sticky though so heaps of slip and work fast.}

I have a similar situation. Would you use the grafitti guard 4 mil? Then apply whatever film over top of that? How is it that grafitti guard will work on poly?

you can use ppf, madico blister free or grafitti gard because they allow outgassing to the edges of the film not only through the film, so then you can overlay a solar film. Boat windows being so curved, I'd be using ppf to allow forming to the curve, going to be a pricey job though.
