1.5 years...That's pretty darn faded.

Friend brought his 2012 Camry by for a windshield. I've tinted his vehicles for him in the past. I was asking in joking why he cheated on my tinting. Said he kind of got it done on a whim by someone close to where he lived. Pulled the car in to start the windshield replacement and rolled the windows down and bam, looked just like that. His 5% was now like 20% and he likely paid more than I would have charged him.

Hey Bizzar,

Low tac adhesive, color fading to clear not purple.. 2 ply... And that different smell... Sounds very much like a korean made film. It is finding its way into the market because of the price. There are suppliers around, and whilst there are monkey tinters who charge nothing, there will be monkey tinters who want to pay nothing for film.

In Aus, these films are toast in a few months. Perfect for the DIY market... Nice and easy for the pro's to remove in 12 months.. :money
