Shrinking and clarity

Well it didn't look like it was getting any better. I stripped it this afternoon. It didn't look like usual haziness that windows get after tinting. This was completely blurry. I actually remembered I had some cxp80 from years ago up in my attic. I brought it down and through it on this afternoon. It was like night and day. Which is pretty ironic because three years ago I posted on here that I hated the film. Slapped it on today and came out clear, shrank good, and the stats are pretty comparable. Guess I'll be making the call to EWF to see what the guys can tell me about the lda.

  UltraVision is the only decent quality with a lifetime warranty. However, $$$$ for a basic film that does not block heat on most of the options. If their dealer pricing was better, we would carry them.

  Did you install on the inside or outside? We always install the film on the outside (specially if it's double glass with air or gass between) If you install on inside it will be to much heat and crack is possible. good luck

  70% Expel Plus on windshield ripple fix
  
  Are you certain it's the film and not the actual windshield? You will not be able to "fix" a ripple in film. If you do remove it inspect the windshield carefully though. Could well be the glass has issues.

  70% Expel Plus on windshield ripple fix
  
  Any way to fix a very annoying/dangerous rippling effect on the front windshield without redoing the entire thing? Charms seem to “jump” every so slightly making the driver a little dizzy during driving.
