Some problems with tinting windows

Hi rustin,

your film combine to your shrink method is in fault,

Creasing the film is the way to learn how not to crease ;)

Just some change in your proceed will give you a good result :

I join the other member : Use a glove, the best way to feel the shrink and control the smooth, use your hard card to make the film perfectly smooth after shrinking

Choose the dry method with soap not baby powder ( choose a soap bar "cream" )

Use the max power and speed of your heat gun standing at 5-10cm of the film, always moving to avoid burning.

Take your time to shrink, go down slowly step by step

Everyone has his own experience but i recomand not wet in "H" you can see in YouTube, it's not for me a good thing when you are starting, let the film move at the edge and apply the film with your hand when you are shrinking near the edge

If you crease the film an other time, try just heat a little bit and stretch the film

Nocemdead I would love to see a video of your shrink. I think i understand what your saying, but actually seeing the dual gun method would be awesome

Darkened side windows and unfortunately are white dots. Less but still.

 

Everything I did as instructed. Well washed with scraped windows in near the door too. I have not touched anything foil after removing the protective layer and did in the room. I do not know what else to do and why it is happening to me.

 

As I have time I take to be the rear window. 'll Let you know how it came out.
