Felt Application Question on Acura TL

I am asking this question on behalf of my window tinter. I have a 04 Acura Tl that does not have the felt. The tinter told me that he did a TSX (similar to TL) and that the liner (gasket?) is slick so that the velcro he tried would not stick.

My question is how do you get the felt to stick?

I read in another post about the acrylic based adhesive and wrapping around the liner, is that the best way? Could you do that with the CR Lawrence Moleskin? Do you have to wrap it around? Is Moleskin sticky enough to adhere on its own?

Sorry for the many questions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

simply wipe down the gaskets with prep sol or afta and stick 'em on
