Sorry man, I didn't create the policy for them. Just stating what the warranty is so you are more informed. 

its cool, didn't mean to seem like it was directed towards you. it just amazes me how anything can be lifetime on a PPF film.

 

thanks for the info, I havnt seen much about nano fusion lately and was asked about it and wanted some insight about it.

 

I did like the original stuff, I wanted to carry it before the change.

In the end, the warranty is really just a sales tool. When you buy a piece of electronics, the warranty is usually a year. There are plenty, if not a majority of those devices that surely last longer than a year. It's a safety measure for them. When it comes to PPF, usually the failure of current films is more on care of the product than anything else. Sadly the consumer becomes lazier as time passes. If you don't want to wash your car, you can't expect it to stay clear. That is why you are seeing a shift of detailers getting into the market as they are touching cars more often than we are. It's a happy marriage for them and allows them to keep the car maintained appearance wise.
