Hand Cut or Plotter Cut Windshield

Yeah I decided to hand cut it. I think I'm going to do the same with rear windshields too. Sometimes I wonder why I bought a plotter.

Just got to get the right programming. Just had a buddy switch from fvd cause the back glass were to wide on numerous occasions. I would try out some different programs.

I ALWAYS hand cut the windshield, I've used windshield patterns with my film vinyl designs software but i find sometimes its unnecessarily big, at the same time i'm always afraid the mirror mount cutouts are not in the same spot or inconsistent on every windshield. precut the rest!

I have prob messed up over $500 worth of film before I decided that windshields are going to be hand cut from now on. FVD has had some weird cuts that didn't make any sense. Like right side is suppose to be longer than left but ended up being the other way around. 70 or 80 percent ir ceramic is not cheap. 1 mess up equals anywhere between $50 to $100.
