Bullet Holes in single pane glass

ive done a few with the bullet holes . and I allways tell them the same thing as you. just for the sake of saving my own rumpkiss. if it does spread. but if I forgot to tell them for what ever reason. im guessing you where busy that day. and it did spread. if they where cool about itid charge em . not full price but still charge em . your in business to make money . and how many times have you fixed things for free. when it was not your fault. just to keep a customer happy. take the good with the bad. and that is a big window to be tackling for free. it would have spread whetehr you warned em or not. and lets be honest . they would ahve told you to go over it anyway . even if you did tell em. so dont cheat your self

I usually fill the hole with silicone sealant, shave it flush with the glass and install.

Win some, lose some, in the end the film is better protected at the hole when the glass does survive.

Sorry, but are you guys talking about actual bullet holes, or is that a term for a chip or a machined hole? Never thought it would even be possible to tint over an actuall bullet hole.
