Tint Company and 2021 Odyssey Antenna

I don't know how to present to the company they broke antenna in passenger quarter window.

Already took back on other issues and owner ended up fixing it. My radio was not right, took to dealer 4 times they couldn't figure it out until main guy pointed out antenna was cut/scraped in several places. The tint company was supposed to be one of the best with lifetime warranty. Now I have to go back again and show them the window which is a 850.00 repair job and another tinting.

I need advice. It's very obvious they screwed it up.
