  1. Had it happen on a 240sx as well. bagged it and came off clean but with the lines. old tint for sure, it must penetrate the defrosters and bond the glue into it, cause it didnt even take much effort to get the film off.

  2. I figuered someone made one or have a simple program for a palm that you can enter window sizes and quantity, and your price/sqft and get estimates and then sync it to your desktop or whatever.. Just thought I'd check..I am just starting to use my Palm Pilot, and thought it would be a good application for it.. otherwise its just for appoinments and numbers.. any help is appreciated.

  3. The brake light pops out easier than the shades roll up.lol... just take it out next time.. YOU have to be careful not to get the electrinics in the trunk wet, the back sraiung right onto some stuff.. you might have got lucky. next time tuck paper towels at the bottom the the back, they fit fine, all the way to the corners. Hate for you to have ato pay for some overpriced bimmer electronics. I just did another today, so its fresh on my mind. beside the point, this one had 22" HRE custom forged wheels.. ummm $11,000?? damn thats a nice set of wheels...

  4. Well I had to do these all day. What you have to do is tint the back window first with the top half down (easy to reach in side, just stop the top as it folds back with window almost verticle). Then close it and do the sides. And for the little ones, make a pattern that will cover the bottom under the seal and fit up into the top seal. Yeah you have to do the little ones when they are up, but if the film fits on the outside along the seal, it'll fit on the inside and look ok. I used a popsicle stick or a long triangle (cut another tool down) with a towel on it to get the back corner. Hose it down to get all the dirt out. I hated lose damn cars. used to work at a lexus dealer
