I guess my reputation is on the line so I'd better do their cars personally. Can't have any of my guys mess up and have them spread the word that I am a person who is all show and no go :lol6

Apparently quite a few people in the Bay Area has heard of me through the NSX, BMW, Infinity forums and others. I guess when you do a good job, there are a few people out there that are willing to spread the word out. :lol

I have definitely received quite a few jobs from your website. Maybe you should set up a window tinter's referral where people can post their comments on jobs that were done by tinters in your registry? This way they can rate the job, service, shop appearance, etc. I think this might even generate more traffic to your website. Thanks again for being such a great host. Here's to you :lol

Here is my 200th post. Hope this is a productive one.

As for the ratings, maybe you should set up a scale of 1 to 5 system.

1 = bad, 2 = poor, 3 = satisfactory, 4 = good and 5 = excellent.

You can ask questions like:

1) Quality of work

2) Customer service

3) Shop appearance

4) Tint selection

5) Overall experience

You can also ask a yes or no questions like:

1) Would you use this tint shop again?

2) Would you refer this tint shop to a friend?

Probably should include a comment area so they can write additional information.

The only thing is you have to guard against people who make false rating so in order to rate a company, you will need to fill out your name and valid e-mail address so people can contact them for reference. I know this will probably take quite a bit of work to set up but if you need any additional input from me or other tinters, I am sure we are more than happy to help. :thumb
