micro edge?

I've tried a few different ways...the method I'm favoring in looks and comfortability is a slight overlap, then run olfa slightly angled for flush edge, heatgun edge to "cure it " go do something else while it has a chance to cool, come back and run an emery board or bastard file over it to smooth it out.

Not THE way...only A way :coffee

If my top edge on the pattern comes out nice as it usually does I just install right to the edge, but a few cars I have trouble getting a good edge with, I install leaving a little excess, heat edge let tack then shave or file depending on the car! :)

how doyou get to the edge of the film that is tucked in the inside the seals on the doors?..

TG..most windows shift enough you can get to the ends with the olfa..for the ones you can't , just finish it off with an exacto knife and pointed file
