doh...I don't have my camera here today. I'll have to do it tomorrow. it's actually an old set of steps that was used for an RV entrance. we stuck a peeler on one side and mounts on the step-side for holding glass. simple but very effective.

The best way to do this is ship the glass to your nearest dry laminator. This machines can apply most films in seconds with a perfect result. That would be the most cost/time effective way of doing it. I know there is one in Toronto, but not sure where else in the states...

Or get a few kegs and invite some folks from the board over for the weekend :passout

Blades got the idea, however, I'd just run a 1" x 2" strip of wood across a peel board as a ledge, place a panel on the ledge and flat against the peel board glass. Don't want to have the glass bow during the squeegee stage.

Another smaller horizontal bar for the upper part of the glass and use suction cups mounted to this bar or strip of wood to hold that part of the glass in place so it does not tip off the lower ledge. :dunno

Last time I had a job that size, I just went to the glass shop and did it, I used one of their large tables and a couple of rolling racks. It still took forever, but at least the glass was all there and I had plenty of room to work and stack the finished panes.

especially if you are butterfingers like me, carrying around or transporting glass here to there is a high risk of breaking glass, especially if you dont have glass racks on you van or truck to carry flat glass....please take pictures of the whole mess :dunno
