weve heard em all....

ive gotta doctors note

ive got a note from momma

ive got a show car

ill sign a waiver (basically putting it on paper you did it, regardless of who's liable)

im law enforcement

I personally love the people that think they know the law better than tinters.

I argued with this one chica..... she said as long as you can read a drivers liscence through the film it was legal and that I didnt know what I was talking about. (she was talkin about squiting through 5 or 15 for the fronts of course)

I sent her packing.

what other good ones have you heard?

MN laws reads:

(3) are applied to:

(I) the rear windows of a pickup truck as defined in section 168.011, subdivision 29;

(ii) the rear windows or the side windows on either side behind the driver's seat of a van as defined in section 168.011, subdivision 28;

(iii) the side and rear windows of a vehicle used to transport human remains by a funeral establishment holding a license under section 149A.50; or

(iv) the side and rear windows of a limousine as defined in section 168.011, subdivision 35.

and 168.011 reads:

Subd. 35. Limousine. "Limousine" means a luxury

passenger automobile that is not a van or station wagon and has a seating capacity of not more than 12 persons, excluding the driver.

Therefore, I have had people try to convince me their car qualifies as a limo......

Believe it or not, the guy who owns a stereo shop next to me went and got a doctors note. ( I know, I know, lots of people have done that ) But then he sent it in to ADOT ( AZ Dept. of Trans. ). And they actually gave him a Certificate of Exemption for each of his vehicles. Needless to say thats the only time I have ever seen that.
