I paid 500 for the PS2 when it came out like a sucker I wont fall for that again, plus video games are slowly getting out of my system it seems....I`m getting old

I too got really itchy to have one when they first came out. I put out 4 bills for it, and got it shipped up from Florida. I remember going over to the wally martinez and honestly seeing people who either pre ordered or just showed up at the right time ( who actually got them )being escorted out of the store and through the parking lot by popo. One big madhouse.

I have you all topped on who was the biggest fool/money blower when the PS2 came out....I bought mine on ebay, 800 bones shipped.

Hell, I had one before the neighbors did so I was cool for a couple months I was lucky to get that price at that time, as it was listed in the wrong section, and most were selling for a grand at that point on ebay due to the fact that you couldn't buy one off the shelf unless you were damn lucky.

Not worth it by any means though spending that kind of money....I should of waited.
