Accidental abuse!

When I leave work I divert work phone calls to the house I will be staying at that night. In this case my mums. So when I get there mums been having some vile phone calls from some low life scum........Phone rings, I answer, I wait for them to speak so I get the right person. H-hullo.umm..hhhullo. Well thats good enough for me to go off on a abusive rant and equally vile response, only to find out its a softly spoken customer I've done lots of work for in the past!! I will add he did understand my telephone manners but it was my flurry of vulgarity that will make him see me in a different light from now on.

I had a similar incident. I thought my customer was a telemarketer!!

I had something quite different many years ago (pre mobile phones) that was left on my answering machine late one night.

What this young woman was going to do to me and do to certain parts of.....well I won't go on for I might scorch the internet connection.

Never found out who it was but sure would have liked to have met her.

I get alot of idiots calling our shop, with stupid questions , asking for former employee's I've had etc etc. im short tempered, and they get a good dose of my remedy when these dumbasses call our shop.
