Please rinse before dropping off

How many of you northern, snow belt, salt spreadin, freezin your ars off, wishin you were in the south guys ask your customers to rinse the car off before you get the job in

I find that most are willing to do this, when I tell them that the job will come out cleaner

Even if it's below freezing..I'd rather have them do it and have clean water in my shaop when it starts to thaw rather than dirty sludge.

Keeps the work pants cleaner too..only tinters in the winter climates know how dirty they can get

I only ask them to do it in the pollen season here, it gets really bad in the spring.

Most times I rinse them off anyway, the water is pretty clean at my place and freezing is rare, but it does happen.

Some winters I've had icicles form while leak testing.

The water is pretty hard here, if you just rinse a car without shamoising (sp?) it off, it will be covered with spots that are a bugger to get off.

My wife used to screem about my dirt pants because of customer dirty cars. So I had to encourage clean cars please. cool tip it is rather encouraging.

From time they come with Roadkill not only mud and cow split.
